Reason for mario being demoted and subsecuent (but unfortunate) ban

Please be aware that noone wanted it to come to this but he basically, violated the rules, (twice) , lied about it, I showed the logs, he got caught in his lie and is now temp banned for a week. He did this time thing last week which is why he was demoted from moderator to operator. This weeks incident is worse and as such required a temp ban for a week and a permanant demotion to Normal user.

I figured I would publicize this before it becomes another Diabolical Panda repeat. Please take notice that he began removing his messages when the log was posted.... they were messages saying that im a lieing whore basically. (clearly he knew he was wrong and decided to remove them before they got qouted)

Honestly, I don't think you have to explain yourself for any banning demoting kicking, etc... It's your server and you have the right to do what you want with it... If you think someone is disrespecting you, they shouldn't be here... I'm with you all the way on this one Kingbro

yeah i was online when this happened. if mods and ops start abusing their powers in any way, or don't respond to anyone higher up, thats reason to be kicked. . or banned if they keep it up.
