Faction System

So, in the chat we decided on this options:

1. Having King's staff being the leader and able to do moderating

2. Having someone trust-worthy, and not a moderator, to be the leader

3. Elections

4. Having 2 leaders, one for semantics and representation (main leader), and one who does the moderating but is still part of the faction

5. Having 2 leaders, one for semantics and representation (leader, staff), and someone who is the secondary leader with no powers.



My opinion:

1. Leader can be biased, and we are supposed to trust King on his decision

2. Can be some complications with staff members of the server

3. Japan and England don't have elections, and elected leader can also be not trusted

4. Can be confusing, and somewhat biased

5. Can be confusing, and somewhat biased




Im going to add a poll, just to see what most people think. Keep in mind King will not make his decision upon the poll, but I believe he will at least take it in consideration. So if Number 3 is the most voted, that doesnt mean its going to be included.

Well as for if you can trust me on the decision. I run 5 other servers, I can assure you I will be completely neutral in deciding factors. Think of me as the United Nations. My purpose in the server is to maintain complete harmony within the server. I maintain the files, Im there for the members, I am nearly always reachable on steam,skype, email or on the iSGC sites.

My second point on this is that if a central leader cannot be trusted and a elected official cannot be trusted, then who?
