MY message to xenon!

noone can connect to my server again. I am so sick of this, i want this fixed and I want to speak to someone who can help me for my billing questions. The entire month of feburary neary 75 percent has been server down time! That isnt right. I want to actually use the server im paying for!

The only thing that I think would edit that in your config file is a mod. We would never remove the ip from your configuration file, because this would also cause issues for other clients on the same host node.

So i payed for a months service and got mabey 6 whole days of the server up normal. No thats unacceptable. Would you be able to extend my billing period to make up for the lost time or just refund me to my new paypal account?

This problem was caused by a 3rd party mod you installed, so we cannot be held responsible for this. I'm sorry for the time lost on your server, but had you contacted us earlier we would have been able to help resolve your problem then.

(notice the date and time stamp) (possibly a autoresponce)
