Well i knew there used to be NPCs of Peeves and Helga. So maybe if we bring those back and add Hagrid, and house ghosts like The Grey Lady for Ravenclaw and Nearly Headless Nick for gryffindor, maybe even Moaning Mertyle in the girls bathroom.

Hagrid would be hard, don't you think? He's twice the size of a normal human = not possible in minecraft.

As for the other ghost ideas I agree.
Headless Nick is another hard ghost though since he's nearly headless. How would you do that in Minecraft?

custom NPC Creator with Custom Skins. You could remove the pixels around near the neck and make it clear so the heads floating. Just a thought Razz

Shouldn't there be another groundskeeper? Hagrid was over 60 years old in the 7th book so he must've retired at this time. But then, I don't think the life span of a half-giant is known.
